Description
ENB Ultra Graphics for Low PC.
Features:
Strong Reflection at Day and Night.
Clear Water (To Prevent Extreme Lag)
Low PC Friendly I got solid 57 FPS On my Intel Core i3-4160 and Intel HD Graphics 4400.
Note:
Due to my specs i can't change the setting called ''Visual FX Quality'', i did not changed it to very high because if i select it, my gta sa will got only 26 FPS and thats why in the photo has no shadows.
Set your Brightness to Very Low.
Set your Brightness in your laptop or in your monitor if you don't want to hurt your eyes.
Known Bugs:
It's Too bright White. (I'm Finding who is enb settings expert here to bring down that bright white) If you are interested just write a comment below.
Anyways that bag should resolved by reducing brightness on your gta sa and monitor.

naku patay, kahit nga sa start menu ng gta sa nag lalag na eh kahit yung normal na 0.248, gamit ka na lang ng v0.075

kasi first time kong gagamitin yang version ng enb eh.
Kasi halos lahat ng enb ko v0.075 tapos v0.076

Gusto mo upload ko yung gta3.img at yung carcols.dat, carmods.dat,vehicles.ide at handling.cfg?
halos lahat na replace hehe.
Halos lahat adapted sa Improved Vehicle Lights mod 2.1.1 at Active dasboard 3.2.1
Siguro hindi ka na makapag rebuild sa gta3.img mo ano? kasi umabot ka na sa 2GB. kung gusto mo pang makapag car mods, gamitin mo IMG Manager unlimited rebuild yun!!
