ENB For Very Low PC
Features:
Good for low PC
Too much effects unlike other ENB Series for low pc.
Note: Make sure your resolution is maxed so the effects will look more beautiful like in the photo!!
its still beautiful if your resolution is at medium. but the enb might not look beautiful as that much in the photo. sorry for bad english......
Note: the mclaren p1 in the photo has some bugs thats why the shadow is bad. the car itself has bugs not the enb!!

First of ALL, do you have CLEO 4?
Second Pls Say to me all of your mods you installed maybe some of your mods are conflicting with the ENB's so pls say to me.

Well this enb has the d3d9.dll so you should not worry about that :)

I found Dope Low ENB, game didn't open as well :(
this is the only ENB that ACTUALLY WORKED. but it is for high end pcs and it almost killed my pc

Well this enb has the d3d9.dll so you should not worry about that :)

you must put d3d9.dll library or try install Dope Low ENB it has all d3d9.dll and it should start your game

Here are my specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E4600 @2.40GHz 2.40GHz
2GB RAM
Windows 10 (32 bit)
Please teach me how to install these type of mods without problems
you must put d3d9.dll library or try install Dope Low ENB it has all d3d9.dll and it should start your game
