DX 2.0 Graphics Ultra Low PC Reshade Version

gta sa new graphics with dx 2.0 style atmosphere based on the driectx 2.0 knowledge graphics mod but this version tried to use the same shaders for the ultra low pc when i say ultra low i mean it and please rate this graphics mod to 10 stars please im working hard to make this beautiful graphics
note:
-graphics mod maked using reshade mod
-feel free to configurate it if you dont liked the values or if you wanna more effects by pressing numpad9 or home
-i configurate it by me and im sure its for the low pc

-you need cleo 4 and modloader beacuase there are some cleo scripts improving gameplay and graphics
