I combinated some scripts, mods to make GTA IV feel/atmosphere. Of course, it's not perfect, but I tried my best.

Ok I finally am able to start the game with this MOD, but the game still looks the same. I don't see any changes. Do I have to do anything besides copying the mod folder into the game folder.
Sorry I m new to these MODs and everything.

Hi, I copied the files into the game folder. But when I start the game, it says Dx9 is missing. I have Dx11 and I m using Win7.

this is actually unbelievably accurate, most IV graphic mods just add reflection, turn the saturation down, they don't understand IV's feel, good job

Win XP bro?! Gawd damn! I've made a PC with a C2Q Q9650 and a Radeon 7770 to play old games in High quality.
BTW very nice ENB @DanillaJust!! I love how GTA IV looks like. Keep up! I hope you can make a version 2 one day maybe for Medium/High PC's.
