No,, it isn't just a rate .. it's a response from some Limy cunt who has the nerve to rank on someone's ability to command a second language.
Someone's first upload gets shit upon because he messed up forgetting the img files. He corrected it but the admin isn't responding.

and how would it be admin's error when you uploaded wrong archive or didn't add the files into archive?
admin wouldn't delete these files by accident
