Installation guide:
1. Copy all .cs files in "CLEO" folder and paste them into your ...CLEO/[here...]
2. Put all files in "Put to gta_int.img" folder and import them into your ...Models/gta_int.img
3. Put all files in "Put to gta3.img" folder and import them into your ...Models/gta3.img
4. (Optional) Copy all files in "Data" folder and paste them into your ...Data/[here...]
5. Done.
