Description
this mod add 4 illegal NPCs ("Non-player character": 2 drug NPC and 2 weapon NPC) around los santos (your first city)
where are they ? find it yourself XD
(clue : 1 weapon NPC below ganton bridge)
BUG : maybe there is 1 npc that spawn abnormaly,just ignore it,
if you think that glitch was a problem
i'll try to fix it
see another bug ?

-now you can't enter any ammunation xD (but i will add more npc in LV and SF)
if you don't like the update just comment :)
