Put SpeedRadarGun.cs in CLEO folder.
Put SpeedRadarGun folder in CLEO folder.
Put gta.dat in DATA folder or copy the lines below in your gta.dat:
# Speed Radar Gun by OJdoesIt
IMG CLEO\SpeedRadarGun\SpeedRadarGun.img
IDE CLEO\SpeedRadarGun\RadarGunDefine.ide
#
Type RADARGUN in game and aim at a car.
Switch your weapon or type RADARGUN again to disable the mod.
