When you near to Verdant Meadows Strip Airport (see map), you will meet the Tukang Becak and the Grim Reaper

You must kill the Tukang Becak first before kill the Grim Reaper

---you need Cleo 3 or newer to use this mod
---put Tukangbecak02.cs to CLEO folder and Tukangbecak02.fxt to CLEO_TEXT folder
---open gta3.img with imgtools or alci's img editor
---add becak.dff, becak.txd, reaper.dff, reaper.txd, then
---before replacing don't forget to make a backup
---replace bike.dff, bike.txd
---save or rebuild
---play and enjoy
