This mod doesn't work anymore. It causes crash, or even you might be having to reinstall the game. I remember long time ago testing it, caused crash but didn't have to reinstall.
Do not use this mod, I don't wanna to hate the author. Look at the publish date, it's 2009. Probably it worked on older cleo versions.

i think you should recheck gta.dat file........it keep crashing my game..........i try using the original dat file and guess what??.....it works......this mean your file that create problem.......btw.....it a nice try....if you can get it works....im sure it gonna be hot........
