Memory Streaming

Well since i was having issues with lot of the so called memory streaming cleos i decided to finally make a "True Memory streaming 2048 and 4096" to reach the highest limit of the engine since open limit adjuster and fast limit adjuster weren't up to the task (still stuck to the maximum allowed that was 1.8 GB) so with this one you can reach higher limits.
Since those cleo are special they need something extra as well so i added as extra a true large address aware patcher written in python which is include (years old stuff i have shared way too much) so you will need to have python installed to be able to use the true large address aware patcher on gta_sa.exe due to NTcore 4 GB patcher isn't good enough (if you use mine you will notice it will give you "not large address aware" and will patch the exe properly even if you used ntcore one, this happens because ntcore doesn't patch properly thus won't work as indicated).
well the images are more then enough to show the difference with memory available showing 2048 and 4095.999999 (4096).
