An excellent speedometer from Asen, which is a bit.. it did not visually fit the game, I made it more natural for the game, fixed some problems and expanded the functions in the ini. I publish with the permission of the author.
List of changes:

The display method has been changed to the Cleo+ method, which does not exceed the game limit of drawing on the screen (Previously there was a bug in racing when the speedometer became a white square);
Made it visually more suitable for SA;
Added several parameters to the ini, such as: text position, line size, invert line direction;
The ability to reset the ini settings using the cheat code "Spedo2077";
I removed the color change when switching gears, and did it when using nitro;
Changed the font of the numbers and added the text km/h;
Now, when you turn off the hud, the speedometer also disappears.
