there are two small effects. Yes, visually this is just like a drunk camera, yet the opcode is different (099C: jiggle_camera type 1 timelimit 20000.0 intensity 3.0), and both effects are dependent on the speed you're driving at.
The second effect is not just darkness, but a colour overlay on the screen. I tried a lot of different colours and jiggle values and, as the result, opted for this combination.
So, yeah, the mod is simple in terms of effects, but still makes a difference. Hope you'll either enjoy it or find something else you'll like. Have a nice time playing!
