Simple Gloss Effect For GTA SA

This is a simple mod made by me which adds a simple gloss effects to vehicles and more...
it also helps to remove some lag in high-poly vehicles and also acts to boost Ultra Thing 0.29 reflections or maybe ENB reflections.....
it is just an .asi file
just put it in GTA SA folder

IT WORKS ON ALL SORT OF PC's.
