Weapons Range Fix 1.2

Updated 1.2:

- Increased range for high draw distance settings.
- Modloader friendly, now you can use a .txt file.

Fixes the effective range of guns. If it's on your screen you can hit it.

You can also get gunned down from afar, so watch out!
