Tommy Vercetti with vest model.01
player torso.dff and vest.dff credit goes to Ezekiel_RN
tattoos in next update if possible becouse deferent body shape but i will try.
for now here i also added for data folder :- dat files for up peds population.
And my best & fev anim, also some my best cleo mods
And yes a my earlier cleo mode gta 4 traffic.csa sometimes reazon for game crash.

Don't Care....... He wrote his Name. He made his own mod with Ezekiel_RN's torso.dff and vest.dff . He did not Copied and uploaded same.... HE JUST Used his torso.dff and vest.dff in his Own mod.
THIS MOD IS NOT CALLED A STOLEN MOD.....

Download and unzip with winrar copy gta.dat file and paste in game data folder.

i can't place player.img to data/texdbit will always stuck on 1% and crash.. any fix ? /file and /anim work fine
