Low End ENB for Very Low PC

Hi thanks for downloading my new ENB for very LOW PC!
this ENB only adds reflection to the car
so there is no shadows,blur, bloom, occlusion, antialias, shaders
3.0 and ETC

the relfection power is 100%
chrome power is 10%
which is perfect for any low PC cause i only have 256mb graphics card
and it works very good and it's smooth
if you wanna change and upload my ENB ask me the permission
so i can allow you to upload it
as always you can edit it all you want :)
