About Mod:
this is a drag effect it means drag will increase your Speed.
When you are in Vehicle just hold W and S togather for Few seconds
and then accelerate your car you will see your vehicle 's speed will be faster.

IN SHORT just hold "W" & "S" in any vehicle.
