Now how can i use it on andtoid? I think i gonna find the one only be made for android.

@Yahiya kaka Just use Sanny Builder to decompile the file.

This is the link i used so you can just look at certain parts, etc.

Here's the link for the program. It's quite easy once you get the hand of it.
Also, if its crashing you can try using modloader or make sure you have GTA SA 1.0 (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1952458)
Always backup your GTA!
