Renewal of the Showroom "Otto's Autos"

There's a problem. when i take the car outside of the dealership it works well and all but after going a block away from the dealership the car will simply delete itself thus killing me. i've tried pushing the car or leaving before it deletes but it just dissapears no matter what i do.
