Gives the Tram a usable bell/horn (press h, or whatever your horn key is) if you drive it using the clever trams cleo script or vehicle spawner. derived from horn.cs.

@SergeDV Yeah, I wouldn't know where to start with that, and the sounds were taken from Trainz. You could always modify the script using Sannybuilder though.
