Vitesse ENB is a Graphics enchancement for Low PC.

- Atmospheric Timecyc, Beauitful Morning, Realistic Night
- Smooth Reflection
- IMFX Lensflare (It adds a Beauitful Lensflare to your game - Take a look at the screenshots)
- Optional Particle.txd to put in your GTA SA Folder (though it's recommended to use the Game Orinal Particle to get Blue-ish Water.
