ENB Series ULTRA Graphics For Low PC V3
Features:
Super Strong Reflection both day and night
Added Effects (This Effect is compatible with PimpMyCar and Active dasboard 2.1.1 so the game won't crash when you customized the car through PimpMyCar)
Fully Compatible with SAMP
Removed Sharp Brightness
Fixed Timecyc color
Note: Due to My PC Specs the photos in above has no shadows because i set my visual fx quality to Low. I recommended to put your Visual FX Quality to medium or Very High in order to have shadows :)

Update: I scanned it three times with BitDefender Total Security 2015 and there's no any viruses found. based on scan report in virustotal shows that only symantec detect a virus but that's not true, Symantec is a dumb anti viruses that can't detect viruses correctly.
all anti viruses programs did not found any one virus.
I think symantec did not scan it correctly

What the heck? I'm gonna update this mod soon, I don't know why the detection ratio is 1.8 but first of all I have Bitdefender total security 2015 which is the best anti virus in the world. I think the anti virus programs there had an error.
But guys don't worry your'e still safe to download it. My first version did have 0% virus. I'm gonna update it tomorrow
