Very Good Timecyc but the White Sky gets a Little bit annoying after a Time

Hi I really like this timecyc, but peds and cars are so dark at night. Can you edit the original timecyc with the same draw distance as this? Lowered Draw Distance at all weathers not just sunny/extra. And can u also add that foggy screen effect? Anyway, nice mod 10/10

And in some cases, the screen turns black between 4:50-5:00, especially on stormy/rainy weathers.
