Shoot Cars

Recently saw a mod for GTA V. ability to shoot cars, decided to write a similar script for GTA San Andreas. Briefly, the script gives the ability to shoot cars, in limited numbers. Shoot the machines can be like being in the vehicle, inside and outside. To shoot your machine:-press key 2. Ini file is also available, where you can specify the id of the desired machine.
