i install this mod and there is no holes on the wall.
and the game crashed in few minutes

Did u Copied everything in archive(including bullethole.png)to gta sa root folder?

1.Maybe your graphic card does not support this mod.
update your graphic card driver.
2.this mod doesn't work with "Enhanced functions Cloe" mod.
Uninstall that if u have that (but U said U have a clean gta sa)
3.Visit here:
