It's a very nice stuff, I like it, but in my opinion, less traffic would be more realistic. For example in the forest, or on other gravel roads.

Are you planning to make remove restrictions from the street in the Idlewood. It goes parallel to street behind Grove Street.
Oh and can you make a configuration file, which lets to decide which places I want to be unlocked (like grove street and ls port) and which not.

@Interloper: This mod only enables disabled original SA traffic and ped paths. The street you're talking about doesn't have traffic paths on the original SA, you have to add a new traffic path in order to do so.
The beta version also had tested with configuration (which forbidden areas you want traffic/peds to spawn), but unfortunately the game glitches out when I do so (same like LordLeo's recommendation), so I had to cut the configuration...
