Em...dude but you are missing something.

if you want to colour the fist icon , you need to export the icon in PNG format via TXD Workshop .
open the image in Photoshop & select the Magic Wand Tool
locate where you want to paint choose your colour & do your work.

it seems that you done everything with WinPaint Editor,but this is wrong.
