if game crash at mission then remove free_fall.csa file from ur game folder... don't worry ragdoll after remove free_fall.csa ragdoll still work

after download put ifp file in
Androiddatacom.rockstargames.gtasafilesanim
if no anim folder then creat new folder rename 'anim"

and replace muscular.ifp in gta3.img

FOR REPLACE muscular.ifp file no need pc just download
these 2 software from android market for free

Yo ALL FOLDERS AND FILES THAT YOU NEED FOR YOUR MODS,ARE INSIDE THE OBB FILES,ON YOUR OBB FOLDER,IN ANDROID, YOU CAN EXTRACT THEM WITH ZARCHIVE R APK
JUST PUT THE FILES YOU EXTRACT ON THE FOLDER ANDROID COM.ROCKSTARGAMES.GTSA

Gala use z archiver and extract gta 3 and ifp to andriod data gta files anim if no anim create one named anim

Hope this is real and not a forced Ragdoll that plays every single time
