@claude u need pc and in pc install txdworkshop, IMGtool and txdfkr for change skins, so go player folder open txd workshop click txd then go in player folder with txdworkshop and u found a player file (it looks like readme file) open it, player everything in it import it in bmp image and player.img can open with txd fucker(best) or imgtool ah can't explain in good in little words these just what u need for change player looks, try with these with 3-4 times hope then u know all
