im not say your mod is bad,
but this mod it just make your all graphics maximum 100% in resolution, draw distance, visual effects,shadow, and other.every people can do it.just make all maximum in display setting.it just graphics config
im think its like enb.i just see a mod,is weather mod.gta_sa.set and gtasatelem.set is config settings..
why not your mod name is nice weather mod or whatever ?
