Black San Andreas Loading Screens

This may be done before, but I didn't notice it searching by Google, so here is it.

This mod changes all loadscreens (tested on US version, dunno how they're done in EU) to black with SA logo in proper space.

Installation:
Replace LOADSCS.txd file with existing in models/txd folder
