I didnt really understand how it works. What about those markers you were talking about, they didnt appear on the radar or something....

is there an alternative which doesn't require Cleo or Microsoft .NET framework or anything?

Vice City had a mod where i just play my game over with a built-in save file, and then switch things back when i was done.
