Whenever i get close to the cabin where he spawns, the game crashes....WHY???

coz is not well installed yet try to reinstall it and reuild ur gta3.img archive

Good mod but, HIS STRONG K*** HIM WITH FIRE

I MEAN HE HAVE MUCH HEALTH AND HE DAMAGE A LOT .

@Feakc071 It may be because you don't have Grand Theft Auto San Andreas v.1.0. If it didn't work, please replay back to me :). hope that helped

easy installation: just install this extract the zip then put the folder in to the modloader.

i decided to recommended modloader because the regular installation IS VERY Complicated. you just need a loader that,ll get through gta3.img files

So, is this Recommended To Install the Mod?.., Yes!, The Mod Is Just Awesome!, I remember as a teenager watching those slenderman gta san andreas myths in 2013, good times!... 10/10
