Tower Of Terror: SA pre-beta

This mod adds the Hollywood Tower Hotel to Los Santos. As some of you might know, the Hollywood Tower Hotel is an attraction in Disneyland, aka the Tower of Terror. I know it isn't finished yet, but I decided to release a beta version for you guys to check out. The model's essentially OK, other than some issues such as pre-lighting, LODs and textures, as well as a better map location.
