All Surfaces Climbable And Sprintable

Very good!! Not being able to run indoors was kind of annoying. It seems like a small detail that doesn't make a difference, but it's something very important, especially in missions with indoors full of enemies. The inability to run to take cover often means certain death for CJ. Thanks for making this mod!!! 10/10 :)
