Confused Hernandez (DYOM)

Today I made a DYOM for the first time, entitled
"Confused Hernandez"

Mission Storyline:
This mission will show how Hernandez was in Los Santos when CJ was expelled from
the city, Hernandez also has a (temporary) partner named James. The first character Hernandez help is Cesar Vialpando, Cesar will also influence Hernandez's storyline. In the middle of the mission, later there will betwo characters with the codename "???" who meet Hernandez by leaking information about Tenpenny and Pulaski. The end of the story is a Good Ending.
