PS2 popcycle for PC

Hey Guys, this is the PoPcycle file which controls the population of Vehicles & Peds in GTA San Andreas. It is straight from the PS2 V1.03 and has not been edited. It's an untouched file.
The Population compared to PC is less but I think the variation and timing of certain peds to appear on the streets is different, So there you go.
