No Traffic Mod (Only Peds)

This mod removes the entire traffic, and only leaves the pedestrians. it is useful for zombie mods in which you only have to leave the zombies.

To install this mod, you need to go to the "/data" directory and replace the popcycle.dat that is installed with the one in the folder. Remember to back up that file in case you want to revert the changes.
