Active Dashboard 3.2.1 Fix

This fix removes the smooth steering added in the mod that makes trucks and pickups steer slower than usual, there's also a version that keeps the smooth steering but for AZERTY keyboards.

for the AZERTY keyboards you will be able to steer with Q & D instead of A & D, both versions allow that. The choice is yours.
