GTA VC & III Bullet Traces

This plugin replaces the standard bullet tracers with the tracers that were in GTA VC.

Also includes bullet tracers from GTA III (Install only one plugin)

There are settings for each weapon, such as:

Alpha tracer
Time until tracer disappears
Tracer thickness
