Fixed Taxidecal Light

Good idea and nice work but when i use it mine isn´t as bright as yours and when i compare it to the one from the taxi missions its much brighter, i don´t know if you can make it a tad brighter but its a really nice touch to the game.

Could you also make it work on the Cabbie?
