No one force you to download it.
If you don't like it, leave it.
You must respect the people that they don't want the this sound on, as we respect the people who want the same sounds on.

i don´t have to download it, but i can rate it.
and that´s what i did, it´s my opinion.
There might be people who like this mod.

There are people who want this mod, and by their request we made it.

Please don't be so hard with a mod you don't like and you are not going to use. Someones spent hours to made mods and give them for free so any player can be pleased.

I'd like to be able to replace the sounds. perhaps a tutorial or something to allow me to use a voice synthesizer or a microphone to use my own voice and stuff to replace what I wanna replace. that would be fun.

Actually, it is possible.
You just need a program to extract the audio files (like SAAT) and one other to to adjust them or convert them.

But there are many sounds in there. Some of the sound banks are having 300-400 sounds inside...
