Kill All NPCs Globally

i know there is ped spawner for GTA: SA but had some idea for options
"peds on" opens ped spawning window with categories

-Normal peds
-Gang members
-Law enforcement(Police,Army, etc)
-Services(Medics, Firefighters etc)
-Girlfriends
-Storyline NPC(Sweet, Kendl, even Big Smoke in Bulletprooff vest, etc)
-Custom(Just like custom player model changer but this one for peds)

-Extra health(on/off) spawned peds had more health but still possible k*** them by one shot in the head.
-Recruitable(on/off you can recruit spawned peds(Even those from Law enforcement or enemy Gang members
-Random weapon(Spawned ped spawn with any weapon at hands, even with dual wield pistols, micro uzi, sawn offs)
-Exit, closes ped window

"peds off" all spawned peds are gone :)
