Hope are you doing well,
I tested this mod, and I saw a few of the scripts. This mod is too similar to my old Dragon Ball mods I uploaded between 2014 and 2018 here in gtainside. Specifically this one https://www.gtainside.com/en/sanandreas/mods/53961-goku-transformation-mod/.

it has changes, and the tranformation script was splitted, but basically is the same code

It doesnt bother me if you use my mod as base for your own. However, I will glad if you add the corresponding credits of all the people that made it possible.

@abdrahman asfour thanks for replying. I'm not claiming, I can't guarantee that you were the one who based on my version of the mod, or if it was someone else who did it and you based on that. I'm not going to report the mod, in fact I think it's a good adaptation and it's great that someone is still working on these mods. I only request that if possible you add credits from whom the work has been based. thanks
