Replacement license plates for GTASA. Final Version.

Real 1992 and 2008 California/Nevada license tags. Highly detailed, with correct expiry stickers. Also includes improved license plate typeface for more realism.

Updates in this version:
1. Better quality platebacks.
2. Now includes five plates. Two platebacks for '92 California, one for '92 Nevada and two bonus '08 California and Nevada plates.
3. The updated platecharset has improved colour matching with the platebacks and better alignment.
