Call For Backup V3

When on foot, press TAB + Space bar to call for police backup. A police car will come to you, then 3 officers will get out and are automatically part of your group. They carry deadly desert eagles. The car will not spawn in buildings, as I added a special code part that makes it spawn on the nearest road to you.
