Car Idle (2.0/remake)

with this mod CJ will no longer be just standing inside the car, without a soul, now he will open the car window and make an animation like the peds, and if the radio is off, CJ will sing.
IDLE are events that happen when you stand still for a while.

NOTE: This is a mod i made some time ago, but now it's remade from zero, optimized, and more natural (without cj standing in convertibles)
