Sound like a crazy good mod from what i've seen. But i'm asking myself, can rival gang attack and take over our businesses?

@Dominic Corleone It doesn't seem like its well flushed out yet, seems very bare. It's definitely a great start but it's kind of easy. You just k*** 3 guys and take over a business. I'd expect like 9-12 guys in a waves type deal but this is great start. It's about time someone brought this system over to San Andreas and hopefully vice city too.

@Dimitri Rascalov theres a mod compilation thats called vice city extended features which has the empire building in it plus alot of things like jetskis, new cars, peds and alot of interiors and savehouses like hotel skyscrapers.

So the mod that this was supposed to be apart of is dead, will it be continued on its own? As this aspect was greatly desired for SA.
