Can you help plz. I did everything it said in the read me file...i went to the shack and there was a person in there in black with a black hat...he didnt look like freddy...then i realised i was ment to put a file into gta3.img....now when i go to freddy it sez gta has stopped working

this mod makes the peds and driving vehicles disappear

where to put the file ?
